CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to develop, maintain and optimize schedules across utilities, life sciences, mission-critical, industrial manufacturing and renewable energy projects. The role centers on Primavera P6, producing integrated, resource- and cost-loaded schedules and guiding project teams to on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on scheduling on large capital projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 (required); P6 Professional and P6 EPPM are a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Create resource- and cost-loaded schedules and update progress.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and mitigations.
• Coordinate data collection with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare schedule reports and dashboards for management and clients.
• Support change management and re-forecast completion dates.
• Integrate schedules for multi-project portfolios across sites.
