Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Construction Schedule Analyst in Los Angeles to join the Planning & Scheduling Department. You will manage data flow into Primavera P6, audit schedule health in Excel, and create milestone-tracking reports.

No prior construction experience is required; training for Primavera P6 is provided to high-potential candidates. Key tasks include learning CPM concepts, supporting project teams on-site, and delivering advanced reports using Excel and PowerBI.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Associates degree in construction management, engineering, data analysis, mathematics, computer science, business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Excel proficiency required.
• Interest in troubleshooting data discrepancies and finding the “why” behind numbers.

Responsibilities

• Become a power user in Primavera P6 through accelerated learning.
• Work with Project Schedulers on CPM concepts for complex sequencing.
• On-site support to update schedules and produce internal/contractual reports.
• Analyze data and create reports using Primavera P6, Excel, PowerBI, and related tools.
• Calculate and report project metrics like Total Float and Schedule Performance.
