Qualifikationen

• RN license active and in good standing.
• BSN preferred but not required for every candidate.
• CPR required; ACLS if the role requires.
• Experience with EHR and patient record management.
• Ability to obtain vital signs and assess health status.

Aufgaben

• Provide professional nursing care, assess and plan patient care.
• Administer medications and monitor patient response.
• Perform IV starts and manage IV fluids as ordered.
• Document assessments and interventions in EHR accurately.
• Coordinate care with physicians and staff; act as liaison.
• Triage telephone calls and walk-in patients, directing care appropriately.
• Educate patients and families on health management and meds.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality and adherence to laws and guidelines.
