Qualifications

Medical Assistant certification preferred and BLS certification required.
Hepatitis B vaccine and TB testing completed.

Responsibilities

Escort patients to exam rooms, take vitals, document history and chart in EHR.
Assist physicians with exams, administer injections and collect specimens as directed.
Manage patient communications, messages, and referrals per provider guidance.
Prepare and handle supplies, set up for procedures, and maintain infection control.
Schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, and manage chart completion.
Perform clerical tasks: charting, forms, and authorization processing.
