Job summary

Tryon Medical Partners' SouthPark 7 Primary Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care, assess patients, and support physicians in coordinating care. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.

to 5 p.m., with responsibilities across patient evaluation, treatments, IV starts, and education. You will be the key liaison among patients, staff and providers, perform triage, maintain medical records, order entry with EHR, and participate in code blue emergencies

Qualifications

• RN degree completed; BSN preferred.
• Current state registered nurse license.
• Current CPR certificate; ACLS if required for role.
• TB test and vaccine/tuberculosis screening as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care following guidelines, standards, and regulations.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor progress and response.
• Maintain/review patient records and order entry using the EHR system.
• Educate patients and families about health status and disease management.
• Assist during triage, emergencies, and coordinate with physicians and staff.
