Job summary

Duke Primary Care Midtown in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to plan and provide professional nursing care for patients across ages, aligned with medical plans and policies. You will collaborate with family doctors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to deliver high-quality care.

You will perform assessments, administer treatments, educate patients, and support disease prevention and wellness efforts in a busy primary care setting.

Qualifications

• Requires graduation from an accredited BSN program.
• Current RN licensure in North Carolina (compact license accepted where applicable).
• BLS certification and ongoing professional development expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide professional nursing care per physician orders and policies.
• Document care and coordinate with the care team for a patient-centered plan.
• Educate patients and families and support prevention and wellness activities.
• Participate in performance improvement and professional development opportunities.
