Job summary

Tryon Medical Partners in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for our Primary Care team at SouthPark 7. This full-time role supports physicians with patient care, routine exams, and a range of clerical duties to keep the clinic running smoothly.

You will perform vital sign measurements, venipuncture, injections, EKGs, and EHR documentation, while ensuring patient safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program.
• Medical Assistant certification required.
• Maintain BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and collect vitals.
• Assist physicians and physician assistants in exams.
• Administer injections and perform basic nursing procedures.
• Perform CLIA-waived testing and specimen collection.
• Manage patient communications and front-office tasks.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and chart completion.
