Job summary

URGENT CARE in Ohio seeks a compassionate Primary Care Provider/Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver comprehensive primary care across the lifespan in a team-based setting.

Responsibilities include exams, diagnoses, collaboration with ENT/Surgical/Medical subspecialties, E-ClinicalWorks documentation, urgent interventions, and patient education for prevention and healthy living.

Qualifications

• Certified NP-C/FNP or PA-C licensed in Ohio
• Experienced in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine
• Comfortable managing a broad patient panel across all ages
• Proficient in outpatient clinical procedures
• Strong communication and empathy; ability to connect with patients
• Commitment to teamwork, continuous learning, and high-quality care
• E-Clinical Works EMR experience a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams, assessments, and patient histories
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions
• Provide primary care support across multiple specialties
• Perform in-scope procedures
• Collaborate with ENT, Surgical, and Medical Subspecialties for continuity of care
• Utilize E-ClinicalWorks for documentation
• Provide emergency and urgent interventions when necessary
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications

• CertifiedNurse Practitioner (NP-C/FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)licensed in the state of Ohio
• Must be experienced in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine
• Comfortable managing a broad patient panel across all ages and backgrounds
• Proficient in clinical procedures relevant to outpatient care
• Strong communication and empathy skills—your ability toconnectwith patients matters as much as your clinical expertise
