Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a performance driven Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to support Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals across primary care. The ideal candidate will deliver results through clinical selling, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Pharmaceutical experience is not required. You will drive sales and meet activity targets in assigned territories, travel up to 20% (overnight travel), maintain compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• B2B sales experience preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 20% and overnight.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted physicians.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with HCPs (physicians, Nurses, NP, PA, MA, etc.).
• Deliver sales messaging, patient and product information to targeted HCP offices.
• Achieve or exceed activity targets as set by the company.
• Complete administrative items daily.
• Comply with all company policies, compliance and trainings.
• Coordinate routing plans and daily/weekly call activities.
• Demonstrate persistence towards selling objectives.
• Collaborate with geographic partners.
