Job summary

Inizio Engage partnered with Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals to support an expanding primary care portfolio. We seek a performance-driven Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to deliver clinical selling, build relationships with physicians, nurses, and other HCPs, and meet territory targets.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 20%. Pharmaceutical experience not required; a track record of selling skills and adaptability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Business to Business sales experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology and virtual engagements.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and overnight travel as required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Driving demand through clinical selling and education to targeted Physicians.
• Establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with HCPs (physicians, Nurses, NP, PA, MA, etc.).
• Deliver sales messaging, patient and product information to targeted HCP offices.
• Achieve or exceed activity targets as set by the company.
• Complete administrative items daily.
• Comply with all policies, compliance and trainings.
• Coordinate routing plans and daily/weekly call activities.
• Demonstrate persistence towards defined sales objectives.
• Must have a dependable automobile with insurance coverage in compliance with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with geographic partners.
