Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a performance-driven Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to expand our Boehringer Ingelheim portfolio in primary care. You will build relationships with physicians and other HCPs, convey product information, and drive sales across assigned territories.

The role requires travel up to 20% and overnight trips. A Bachelor's degree and B2B sales experience are preferred; pharma experience is not required. Excellent pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Business to Business sales experience preferred
• Comfort with technology and virtual engagements
• Ability to travel up to 20%+ and overnight travel required
• Valid driver's license with clean record

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to primary care physicians, nurses, NP/PA/MA, etc.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with HCPs
• Deliver sales messaging and product information to targeted offices
• Meet or exceed activity targets and sales quotas
• Complete daily administrative tasks
• Comply with company policies including ethics and compliance
• Coordinate routing plans and daily/weekly call activities
• Collaborate with geographic partners to maximize coverage
