Inizio Engage seeks a results-driven Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to cover assigned territories in primary care. The role focuses on clinical selling, education to physicians and other HCPs, and achieving sales targets while aligning with Boehringer Ingelheim leadership.

The ideal candidate has a track record of sales success, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment. Travel up to 20% and overnight trips are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Business-to-Business sales experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology and virtual engagements.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and overnight travel.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales across primary care customers and meet targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with HCPs (physicians, nurses, PAs, etc.).
• Deliver sales messaging and product information to targeted offices.
• Complete administrative items daily.
• Coordinate routing and daily/weekly call activities.
• Comply with all policies and trainings and collaborate with geographic partners.
