Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a performance-driven Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to expand our Boehringer Ingelheim portfolio in primary care. You will drive demand through clinical selling, build strong HCP relationships, and meet activity targets across assigned territories.

Travel up to 20% is expected, including overnight trips. Bachelor's degree required with B2B sales experience; tech-savvy and able to engage via virtual platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Business-to-Business sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and overnight travel as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted physicians.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with HCPs (physicians, nurses, NPs, PAs, MAs).
• Deliver sales messaging and product information to targeted HCP offices.
• Meet or exceed activity targets and complete administrative items daily.
• Comply with company policies and ethics trainings.
• Collaborate with geographic partners to optimize territory coverage.
