Inizio Engage in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to expand Boehringer Ingelheim’s portfolio in primary care. You will drive demand through clinical selling, educate targeted physicians, and build strong HCP relationships while meeting territory sales targets.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, B2B sales experience preferred, comfort with technology and virtual engagements, and travel up to 20% with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Business-to-Business sales experience is preferred.
• Comfort with technology and virtual engagements is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% (overnight travel may be required).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Responsabilités

• Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted physicians.
• Establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with HCPs (physicians, Nurses, NP, PA, MA, etc.).
• Deliver sales messaging and product information to targeted HCP offices.
• Achieve or exceed activity targets as set by the company.
• Complete administrative items daily and maintain time plans.
• Comply with company policies and trainings; manage routing plans and call activities.
