Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to drive demand in primary care for Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals. You will engage with physicians and other HCPs, delivering clinical information and product messaging while building lasting relationships.

You should have a bachelor’s degree; B2B sales experience preferred; comfortable with technology; able to travel up to 20% (overnight travel required) and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree listed as a minimum requirement.
• Business-to-Business sales experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology and virtual engagements.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of time; overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted Physicians.
• Establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with HCPs.
• Deliver sales messaging, patient and product information to targeted HCP offices.
• Achieve or exceed activity targets as set by the company.
• Complete administrative items daily.
• Comply with all Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals and Inizio policies, including compliance and ethics requirements, and trainings.
• Coordinate routing plans and daily/weekly call activities.
• Demonstrate persistence towards accomplishing defined sales objectives.
• Must have a dependable automobile with insurance coverage in compliance with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with geographic partners.
