Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care in a community health center setting in the Greater Sacramento area, CA. The role offers a competitive salary of $131,000–$170,000 annually based on experience, with standard Monday–Friday hours and a 4-day 10-hour shift option.

The position emphasizes serving underserved populations and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active California Physician Assistant license
• NCCPA board certification
• Current DEA certification
• Current BLS certification
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred, particularly in community health or underserved populations
• Strong commitment to serving low-income, homeless, or medically underserved communities
• Bilingual skills in English and Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto, or Spanish strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostics
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions within scope of practice
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the Medical Director
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as appropriate
• Initiate emergency procedures when clinically indicated
• Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling services
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
