Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Clinician (PA/NP) for primary care in the Greater Sacramento area. The role offers $131,000–$170,000 annually, based on experience, with standard 8–5 weekday hours and options for a 4-day 10-hour shift.

Qualifications

• Active California Physician Assistant license.
• NCCPA board certification.
• DEA registration.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred, especially in community health or underserved populations.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations with history and physical exams.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostics.
• Prescribe medications and interventions within scope.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with Medical Director.
• Monitor progress and modify care plans as needed.
• Initiate emergency procedures when indicated.
• Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling.
• Maintain accurate documentation per standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams for coordinated care.
