Job summary

Ennoble Care in Panama City Beach, FL is seeking a Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary and palliative care to patients in their homes. You will practice under physician supervision, manage chronic conditions, and support patients with limited mobility.

Qualifications

• Board Certified NP or PA in Florida.
• Strong clinical skills with confidence in handling primary and palliative care.
• Positive demeanor and excellent people skills.
• Ability to diagnose, assess, and problem-solve independently.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients; hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and palliative care to patients at home in Panama City Beach.
• Perform physical exams, obtain/update medical histories, and plan care.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations across platforms.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a panel of patients.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Counsel patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic tests as medically necessary and prescribe interventions.
