Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in the Sarasota, FL region. You will treat a diverse patient panel with chronic diseases, under physician supervision, delivering high-quality home-based care.

Qualifications

• Board Certified with a valid NP or PA certification in Florida.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients preferred.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary and palliative care to patients in the Sarasota area.
• Perform physical examinations and develop care plans.
• Communicate with office staff and clinical operations across internal platforms.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings and collaborate with the team.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans; order necessary tests.
