Job summary

Ennoble Care seeks an experienced Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care to patients in the Milton, FL and Pace, FL region. You will apply medical techniques under a physician's supervision and care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.

You will work with a team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, participate in medical staff meetings, and manage treatment plans. A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Board certified with a valid NP or PA license in the State of Florida.
• Strong clinical skills to accurately treat, assess, and diagnose.
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills.
• Ability to problem solve and operate independently.
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients; hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Milton and Pace, FL.
• Assess patient's health by performing physical examinations and updating medical histories to create the best care plan.
• Communicate with office staff and clinical operations across internal platforms.
• Provide patient-centered care to a panel of patients.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings.
• Develop impressions, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
• Foster trust with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary.
• Prescribe medications and appropriate interventions.
