Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary and palliative care in Seminole County, FL. Clinicians visit patients at home, delivering continuous care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility.

The role requires Florida NP/PA certification, strong clinical skills, and 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatrics. Compensation includes salary per visit and comprehensive benefits, with a flexible schedule and opportunities

Qualifications

Board-certified NP or PA licensed in Florida.
1–2 years in primary care with geriatric patients; hospice experience preferred.
Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and diagnose.

Responsibilities

Provide high quality primary and palliative care in and around Seminole County, FL.
Perform physical exams, take histories, and plan care.
Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations.
Care for a panel of patients with chronic diseases.
Attend quarterly medical staff meetings.
Develop impressions, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
Consult with patients and families; order diagnostic tests as needed.
Prescribe medications and necessary interventions.
