Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality primary care to patients in Seminole County, FL. You will work under physician supervision, applying medical techniques to a diverse patient population with chronic diseases.

The role emphasizes autonomous practice within a supportive team, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for leadership within a growing organization.

Formación

• Board certification as NP or PA in Florida.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.
• Strong clinical skills with ability to diagnose and treat.

Responsabilidades

• Provide primary and palliative care to patients in Seminole County, FL.
• Perform physical exams and develop care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations across platforms.
• Deliver patient-centered care to a defined panel of patients.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Consult with patients, families and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic tests as needed and prescribe medications.
