Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Full-time Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to deliver primary and palliative care to patients in the Destin, FL region. You will work under a physician and care for a diverse patient population with chronic diseases, on home visits as needed.

The role emphasizes independent practice with a patient-centered approach, quarterly meetings, and collaboration with a clinical team.

Qualifications

• Board certified NP or PA licensed to practice in Florida.
• Strong clinical skills with ability to treat, assess and diagnose.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality primary and palliative care in Destin, FL.
• Perform physical exams, update histories, and build care plans.
• Communicate with office staff and clinical operations across internal platforms.
• Deliver patient-centered care to a panel of patients.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Consult with patients, families and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic tests and prescribe medications as needed.
