Job summary

Ennoble Care in Florida is seeking a full‑time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high‑quality primary and palliative care in the Winter Haven/Davenport area. You will work under physician supervision and care for patients with chronic diseases in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Board‑certified NP or PA with Florida licensure.
• Strong clinical skills to diagnose and treat autonomously.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.
• Positive demeanor and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and palliative care to a patient panel in Winterhaven/Davenport, FL.
• Perform exams, update histories, and develop care plans.
• Communicate with office staff across internal platforms.
• Order diagnostic tests as needed and prescribe medications.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings.
• Deliver patient-centered care and build trust with patients and families.
