Job summary

Park Nicollet is hiring a Medical Receptionist to support Primary Care Frontline. The role involves answering calls, greeting patients, collecting co-pays, and scheduling follow-ups with attention to confidentiality and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of related experience, strong communication, and basic office equipment skills. Shift is Monday–Friday with some Saturdays; Park Nicollet offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6 months related experience.
• Accurate computer/keyboard skills required.
• Knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.
• Proficient in operation of telephone and headsets, PC, printer, photocopier and fax machine.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to incoming calls from patients and employer groups quickly and accurately.
• Greet patients, collect co-pays, schedule follow-up appointments and referrals, and support clerical duties.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.
• Support process improvements and assist with department changes as needed.
