Park Nicollet is hiring a Medical Receptionist to join our Primary Care Frontline team. The role includes greeting patients, collecting co-pays, scheduling follow-ups, and handling phone interactions, while maintaining patient confidentiality.

The position supports both front desk and call center duties, with daily computer tasks and a focus on excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months related experience.
• Accurate computer/keyboard skills.
• Knowledge of age-related growth and development principles.
• Proficient operation of telephone, headset, PC, printer, copier and fax.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a warm welcome and check-in.
• Assist with scheduling needs and patient forms management.
• Make follow-up phone calls and handle electronic medical record tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Maintain organization and adapt to process improvements.
