Marathon Health is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our care team. The Medical Assistant supports the physician, delivers patient care, and enhances the guest experience within our primary care model.

The role combines clinical responsibilities with front-desk duties to ensure smooth patient flow. Requirements include MA certification/registration and CPR/BLS; phlebotomy experience is a plus. Competitive benefits and an on-site team environment offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Medical Assistant, preferably in Primary Care.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant program or other related program.
• National or state MA certification or registration preferred; required where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Escorts patients to room and ensures exam rooms are cleaned and stocked.
• Reviews previous medical information and gathers updated health information for the provider.
• Take vitals, perform blood draws, give injections, and assist with procedures.
• Front desk duties: scheduling, medical records requests, and referrals.
