Upperline Health, Inc. is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (Primary Care) to join our team in Maryland.

The MA will room patients, take histories and vitals, administer injections, perform phlebotomy and EKGs, and assist with minor procedures while coordinating referrals and follow-ups. The ideal candidate has CMA certification, 2+ years of MA experience, and experience in primary care or an outpatient clinic.

Qualifikationen

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required.
• Two years MA experience preferred.
• Primary care or outpatient clinic experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with AthenaHealth EMR preferred.

Aufgaben

• Room patients and obtain medical history and vitals.
• Administer injections/immunizations and perform phlebotomy.
• Conduct EKGs and point-of-care testing; assist with minor procedures.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up to close care gaps.
• Support chronic disease management and prior authorizations.
