Upperline Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (Primary Care) to support patients in a patient-centered environment. You will room patients, collect histories and vitals, assist with injections and phlebotomy, and help coordinate care across the team.

The ideal candidate holds CMA certification, has outpatient experience, EMR familiarity (AthenaHealth preferred), and strong communication skills. Join a caring team focused on whole-person health and improving outcomes.

Qualificações

• CMA is required (documentation is requested during application prior to interview).
• Two years MA experience preferred.
• Primary care or outpatient clinic experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and basic pharmacology.
• Experience with team-based care models.
• Care coordination or case management experience preferred.
• Experience with adult and geriatric patients preferred.
• EMR experience preferred; AthenaHealth ideal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Room patients and collect medical history and vitals.
• Administer injections and immunizations, draw blood, and perform phlebotomy.
• Conduct EKGs and point-of-care testing; assist with minor procedures.
• Support with wound care and dressing changes; med administration per protocol.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up; assist with prior authorizations.
• Partner with care team to close gaps in care and improve outcomes.
