Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or MA with relevant experience in primary care.
• Outpatient clinic experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and basic pharmacology.
• Experience with team-based care models.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, obtain vital signs, document medical history.
• Assist providers with in-clinic visits and health assessments.
• Support virtual encounters from the clinic setting.
• Document clinical data in the EHR.
• Coordinate preventive and ongoing care through outreach.
• Manage referrals, scheduling, and records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and participate in huddles.
