Job summary

Compleat Kidz seeks a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in North Carolina. This full-time position combines in-clinic and remote work, offering a flexible schedule and collaborative support from BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs.

You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, monitor learner progress, and partner with families to ensure quality, ethical care. Excellent documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility before start.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
