Job summary

Doximity in San Francisco is seeking a Pricing & Yield Management professional to drive strategic pricing decisions at the intersection of sales, product, and finance. You will translate data into pricing strategies to optimize revenue while balancing scale and growth, and you will work on a new biddable auction environment from day one.

The role requires 7-10 years in advertising pricing, deep experience with auction environments, and strong collaboration with deal desks and various teams.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in advertising pricing and yield management.
• Deep experience with biddable and auction environments.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and maintain relationships across partner teams.
• Analytical problem solver with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic pricing and inventory allocation decisions as part of the team's operational rhythm.
• Partner across sales, product, deal desk, and other teams to understand market dynamics and inform pricing strategy.
• Own the development and optimization of our new biddable auction environment from day 1.
• Build analytical frameworks for data-driven decision-making at scale across pricing strategy.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities in pricing and develop systems to capture them.
