Doximity is seeking a Senior Manager, Pricing and Yield responsible for shaping pricing decisions and monetization strategies in a remote role across the United States. You will collaborate with sales, product, and finance to optimize revenue while balancing growth, scale, and new monetization models such as a biddable auction environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in advertising pricing and yield management.
• Deep experience with biddable and auction environments.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and maintain relationships across partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive pricing strategy and inventory allocation decisions as part of our operational rhythm; decisions that influence business performance.
• Partner across sales, product, deal desk, and other teams to understand market dynamics and inform pricing strategy.
• Own the development and optimization of our new biddable auction environment from day 1, defining pricing logic and strategy.
• Build analytical frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making at scale across pricing strategy.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities in our pricing approach and develop systems to capture them.
