WilmerHale, a premier international law firm, seeks a Pricing & Business Analysis Manager to lead AFAs, value-based pricing, and profitability analysis for client engagements. You will advise partners, model budgets, and report on pricing performance.

With 7+ years in law firm pricing and strong Excel/financial modeling skills, you will mentor analysts, drive process improvements, and collaborate across departments in a hybrid, Ohio-based role.

Formación

• Deep knowledge of law firm pricing, including AFA design and rate setting.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong business writing and oral communication in English.
• Ability to analyze problems and present actionable recommendations.
• Experience working with partners as trusted advisor.

Responsabilidades

• Design and model AFAs and value-based pricing structures.
• Provide decision support and monthly financial reporting.
• Deliver pricing analyses and compelling presentations to partners.
• Supervise and mentor Pricing & Business Analysts.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve processes.
• Participate in special projects and other duties.
