Job summary

WilmerHale is seeking a Pricing & Business Analysis Manager in New York to lead AFAs and value-based pricing, model budgets, and advise partners on pricing strategy. You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations and support leadership with rigorous financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Pricing AFAs and value-based pricing design for partners.
• Budgeting, profitability analysis and AFA performance monitoring.
• Pricing analyses and presentations for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary pricing advisor to partners and practice groups, designing AFAs and value-based pricing, developing pricing for RFPs and pitches, and tracking AFA performance.
• Provide decision support to Director and COO, including monthly reports, problem definition, modeling feasible alternatives, and presenting recommendations.
• Develop and deliver pricing analyses and presentations for partners and Finance leadership.
• Supervise Pricing & Business Analysts with training and mentoring.
• Look for opportunities to improve processes using AI and automation tools.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
