Job summary

Gemini Industries is seeking a Senior Pricing Manager to lead pricing analysis, cost estimation, and price-to-win support for proposals across Burlington, MA; Fairfax, VA; or Tampa, FL. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business (Master’s preferred) and a Secret clearance is desired.

You will drive compliant pricing strategies, build cost models in Excel, and coordinate with leadership to improve win rates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of pricing or cost analysis experience.
• Strong analytical background with cost modeling in Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of contractual, financial, security, recruiting and administrative operations.

Responsibilities

• Support business development activities, including preparation for, writing, reviewing, finalizing, and submitting proposals.
• Prepare the proposal cost estimate and prepare cost and contract/administrative volumes.
• Develop price to win strategies and provide guidance to the Leadership Team and Division Leaders.
• Ensure pricing strategies and RFP responses are compliant with U.S. government guidelines and regulations.
• Assist Program Control Specialists resulting in on-time submission of accurate financial information.
