Job summary

GTC is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to own detailed cost and price proposals for aerospace and defense programs. You will work closely with program management, finance, BD, and legal to ensure pricing is competitive, compliant, and defensible from initial estimates through final negotiations.

You’ll develop bottom-up labor and overhead rate models, support DCAA audits, and create price-to-win analyses to give GTC a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, or related field; master’s or CCP/CEA preferred.
• Five years of cost estimating/pricing experience in government/defense.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, cost principles, and government pricing practices.
• Experience preparing proposal cost volumes and supporting DCAA audits preferred.
• Advanced Excel modeling; proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and defend detailed cost and price proposals and labor estimates.
• Develop bottoms-up labor/overhead rate models tied to WBS and programs.
• Perform cost-to-complete analyses and provide variance explanations.
• Apply FAR/DFARS/CAS regulations to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Create pricing exhibits and pricing strategy inputs for RFPs.
• Support negotiations, audits, and post-award actions.
• Maintain indirect rate structures and burden models with accounting.
