RealPage is seeking a Pricing Strategy Manager to shape enterprise pricing and monetization strategies across the portfolio. You will lead analytics, evaluate new models, and translate insights into executive-ready recommendations with collaboration across Product, Finance, Sales, RevOps, and BU leaders.

The role emphasizes strong financial modeling, structured problem solving, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Travel is limited.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, engineering or related analytical field required.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Experience analyzing pricing, monetization, or portfolio performance and translating into recommendations.
• Strong financial and quantitative skills with Excel modeling experience.

Aufgaben

• Own pricing and monetization analytics and lead high-priority strategic analyses and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize the SKU portfolio, pricing, packaging and migration strategies.
• Design pricing for new products with value metrics, price points and launch economics.
• Analyze performance and recommend pricing actions including promotions and discounts.
• Build competitive pricing intelligence and translate insights into strategy implications.
• Lead pricing governance and support executive decision forums with fact bases.
• Drive evolution of pricing architecture toward AI-enabled offerings.
