Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in pricing, FP&A, analytics, or commercial finance
• Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or building materials preferred

Responsibilities

• Pricing Strategy & Governance: Develop and execute enterprise pricing strategy aligned with margin and growth goals.
• Sales Enablement & Execution: Partner with Sales leadership to drive adoption of pricing strategies and tools.
• Analytics & Insights: Build pricing analytics and segmentation models to inform pricing decisions.
• Process Improvement and Documentation: Document pricing processes and continuously streamline workflows.

Education
