Job summary

EY seeks a Global Pricing CoE Lead to drive excellence in pricing execution, commercialization, and innovation across the firm’s most strategic opportunities. You will enable value-led pricing, evolve pricing standards, and lead the monetization of complex pursuits with regional collaboration and governance support.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in professional services, strategy consulting, investment banking, FP&A, corporate development, SaaS/cloud commercialization or pricing.
• Experience designing, modelling, and structuring pricing and commercial strategies for complex opportunities.
• Ability to coach pricing teams and influence senior stakeholders across a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for EY’s largest, highest‑risk global pursuits, ensuring pricing and commercial strategies drive profitable growth.
• Lead development and governance of EY’s pricing frameworks, standards and leading practices.
• Collaborate with regional pricing leaders to enable global consistency while respecting local market needs.
• Shape go‑to‑market approaches, monetization models and offer designs for new services and technology offerings.
• Oversee pursuit economics, commercial risk, and pricing decisions with alignment to firm policies.
