ACA Group is seeking a pricing strategy leader to shape pricing across our Advisory, Managed Services and RegTech portfolio, including integrated offerings that combine services and technology. This role will pair strategic ownership of pricing and packaging with hands-on support for new business and renewal negotiations.

You will develop portfolio pricing strategies, lead evolution of Managed Services pricing beyond hourly billing, and partner with Sales, Finance and delivery teams to structure

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in business, finance or related field.
• 10–12 years of pricing strategy and deal execution experience.
• Ability to translate offerings into clear pricing and packaging.
• Strong analytical and financial skills; evaluate margins and delivery economics.
• Influence senior stakeholders with cross-functional partners.
• Experience in financial services, compliance, risk or RegTech preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop portfolio pricing strategies reflecting client value and costs.
• Lead evolution of Managed Services pricing beyond hourly billing; test value-based models.
• Create bundles with clear value propositions and pricing structures.
• Partner with Sales and Finance on deal structuring and negotiations.
• Establish pricing guidelines and discount approval processes.
• Measure pricing effectiveness using client feedback and financial analysis.
