You will partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and senior leadership to evaluate economics, establish recommendations, and govern pricing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or a related field.
• 7+ years in pricing strategy, revenue management, FP&A or related discipline.
• Experience evaluating complex customer, product or contract economics.
• Advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Ability to translate analysis into clear business recommendations.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead new business, contract renewal pricing, and major quotations.
• Develop pricing governance, thresholds, and documentation standards.
• Oversee price changes, surcharges, rebates, and contractual pricing mechanisms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Legal.
• Present pricing recommendations to executive leadership and monitor results.
