Acuity Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Pricing Strategy to partner with the VP Pricing and shape pricing across major commercial initiatives. You will synthesize internal data with market insights to define clear pricing actions that drive profitable growth.

This role leads enterprise pricing, project pricing, and program design, coordinating with Sales, Product Management, Finance, Technology, and Pricing Operations to align strategic pricing with business objectives.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary thought partner to the VP of Pricing on pricing strategy, business performance, emerging risks, and major commercial decisions.
• Develop and evolve pricing frameworks across products, projects, customers, channels, and markets while balancing revenue, margin, competitiveness, and customer dynamics.
• Lead strategic analysis of project pricing performance, including discounting, overage, target prices, split points, win rates, competitive behavior, and profitability.
• Build a more systematic approach to competitive intelligence, market trends, customer behavior, and pricing benchmarks and translate those insights into business actions.
• Identify structural drivers of price realization and lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales and Product Management to improve performance.
• Partner with Product leadership to define pricing strategies throughout the product lifecycle, including new products, mature portfolios, price increases, and end-of-life actions.
• Evaluate and redesign major pricing programs and structures, including special pricing, agent-specific programs, standing quotes, target prices, incentives, and other pricing mechanisms.
• Lead complex pricing initiatives across Sales, Product, Finance, Technology, and Operations, driving alignment even where there is no direct reporting relationship.
• Translate complex pricing and market information into clear recommendations for senior leadership and support executive-level decision making.
• Help strengthen the broader Pricing organization by establishing frameworks, methodologies, analytics, and best practices that improve strategic decision making.
• Coach and develop pricing talent and provide strategic guidance to Directors, Managers, and analysts across the function.
