Silgan Plastics seeks a Director of Pricing to drive profitable growth through pricing strategy, governance, and portfolio optimization. You will own pricing processes for new business, renewals, annual price actions, and contract economics while partnering with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• At least seven years of experience in pricing strategy or related FP&A roles.
• Experience evaluating complex customer, product or contract economics.
• Advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead pricing for new business, renewals, major quotations and changes.
• Develop pricing strategies by customer, product, market, and asset profile.
