Job summary

Carlile is seeking a skilled sales-oriented professional in Tacoma to establish rates and quotes for LTL, TL, and logistics services. You will handle inbound prospect calls, convert leads to sales, and support the commercial sales team to meet quotas.

You will input activity into CRM, prepare customer presentations, and troubleshoot service issues while collaborating with internal departments. Hybrid work is available with in-office Tue–Thu.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of customer service, sales, and/or pricing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Establish rates and price quotes for customers ranging from LTL, TL, and logistics services.
• Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls to convert into sales.
• Meet sales and conversion quotas established for the commercial sales team.
• Input all sales call activity into CRM and prepare professional customer presentations.
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer service and operational issues.
