Carlile is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive revenue by selling our services, understanding pricing, and meeting customer needs in Tacoma, WA. You will handle inbound inquiries, craft quotes for LTL/TL and logistics, and support the sales team to achieve quotas.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a related degree preferred, and 2–3 years in customer service, sales, or pricing. Hybrid work with robust benefits is offered.

Aufgaben

• Establish rates and price quotes for LTL, TL, logistics and other services.
• Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls to convert into sales.
• Meet sales and conversion quotas for the commercial sales team.
• Take outbound prospect calls and refer leads to Account Representatives as needed.
• Input all sales call activity into CRM for reporting.
• Prepare professional customer presentations as required.
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer service and operational issues.
