Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength in Rosemont, IL seeks a Pricing Analyst to support pricing and commercial decisions across the North America business. You will analyze customer, market, and pricing data, delivering actionable insights to drive profitable growth.

The role partners with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to optimize pricing, discounting, and programs, with a hybrid schedule in which Tu–Th are in the office and the rest remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in pricing, finance, revenue operations, or related analytic function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with large datasets.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL or similar reporting tools is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, durable goods, or B2B environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing, sales, customer, and profitability data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across NAMER.
• Support pricing strategy execution by evaluating pricing requests, discounting practices, and commercial programs.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and financial models that guide business decisions.
• Monitor competitive pricing, market trends, and business performance to support pricing recommendations.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to improve pricing effectiveness and profitability.
• Evaluate customer and channel performance to maximize revenue and margin.
• Support annual pricing reviews, forecasting, budgeting, and other commercial initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance reporting, data quality, and decision-making.
