Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength invites you to join its Revenue Operations Intern (Data Analytics) program for 2027, a 12-week hybrid internship based at the Global HQ in Rosemont, IL. You’ll work on high-impact analytics projects, help refine the 2027 NA Sales Incentive Plan, and develop revenue dashboards while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentors.

Qualifications

Enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program with expected graduation in 2028 or 2029.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 preferred.
Local to Chicagoland area and available for hybrid schedule.
Strong interest in data analytics, revenue operations, or sales operations.
Demonstrated initiative, positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Exposure to CRM platforms, Salesforce, or other sales tech preferred.

Responsibilities

Contribute to a high-impact analytics project focused on Revenue Operations performance.
Assist with mid-year evaluation and refinement of the 2027 NA Sales Incentive Plan.
Support development and automation of sales performance reporting including revenue vs targets and benchmarks.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify data quality issues and perform CRM cleansing.
Assist in designing and maintaining pricing and revenue dashboards.
