Job summary

Life Fitness is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support pricing and commercial decisions across our North America business. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and the Revenue Operations team to analyze pricing data, deliver insights, and help drive revenue and margin growth.

Based in Rosemont, IL, this hybrid role combines in-office collaboration on Tu-Th with remote work. Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of pricing or analytics experience and strong Excel skills, plus familiarity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of pricing, finance, revenue operations, sales operations, business analytics, or a related analytical function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL or similar reporting tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing, sales, customer, and profitability data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across the NAMER business.
• Support pricing strategy execution by evaluating pricing requests, discounting practices, and commercial programs.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and financial models that help guide business decisions.
• Monitor competitive pricing, market trends, and business performance to support pricing recommendations.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to improve pricing effectiveness and profitability.
• Evaluate customer and channel performance to identify opportunities to maximize revenue and margin.
• Support annual pricing reviews, forecasting, budgeting, and other commercial initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance reporting, data quality, and decision-making.
