Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support pricing and commercial decisions across our North America business from the Rosemont, IL center. The role involves analyzing pricing and profitability data, delivering actionable insights, and partnering with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product to improve pricing effectiveness.

You will develop reports and models, monitor market trends, and support annual pricing reviews while ensuring data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 2-4 years of pricing/finance/revenue analytics experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing, sales, customer, and profitability data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across NAMER.
• Support pricing strategy execution by evaluating pricing requests, discounting practices, and programs.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and financial models to guide decisions.
• Monitor competitive pricing and market trends to support pricing recommendations.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product to improve pricing effectiveness.
• Evaluate customer and channel performance to maximize revenue and margin.
• Support annual pricing reviews, forecasting, budgeting, and other initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting and data quality.

We’re seeking a Pricing Analyst to support pricing and commercial decisions across our North America business. In this role, you’ll partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and the rest of the Revenue Operations team to analyze customer, market, and pricing data, deliver actionable insights, and help drive profitable growth. You’ll play a key role in supporting pricing programs, improving decision-making, and identifying opportunities to optimize revenue and margin performance.

Location: This is a hybrid role, based out of our Global Support Center in Rosemont, IL. M/F are remote and Tu-Th are in-office collaboration days. #LI-Hybrid

As our Pricing Analyst, you will:

• Analyze pricing, sales, customer, and profitability data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across the NAMER business.
• Support pricing strategy execution by evaluating pricing requests, discounting practices, and commercial programs.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and financial models that help guide business decisions.

What Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is looking for in our Pricing Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in pricing, finance, revenue operations, sales operations, business analytics, or a related analytical function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting tools is preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing, durable goods, or B2B environment is preferred.
